# askTender > askTender is a global public-procurement platform. It finds the government tenders a company can win, reads a tender's requirements against the company's profile, finds a bid partner for any gap, and prepares and files the bid with the company. For each of 70 countries it holds the full bidding checklist (1,840 steps: every registration, certificate and document, who may lawfully do it, what it costs and how long it takes) and works with licensed professionals there. As of 20 October 2026, askTender tracks over 263,000 open tenders from public procurement portals in 76 countries, with dedicated desks for 70 markets. It is run by Nataraja Labs Private Limited, Mumbai, India. - Website: https://asktender.org - App: https://app.asktender.org - Contact: contact@asktender.org. Support and billing: support@asktender.org - Machine-readable tenders: every tender page has an OCDS 1.1 release with the same facts at https://asktender.org/tender/{id}.json (also linked from each page as rel="alternate"). ## Official accounts - X: https://x.com/askTender (@askTender) - X, by country: https://x.com/askTenderUK (@askTenderUK), https://x.com/askTenderUS (@askTenderUS), https://x.com/askTenderIN (@askTenderIN) - LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/asktender/ These are the only official askTender accounts. ## What askTender does - **Finds tenders you can win.** A company describes what it does once; askTender lists the open tenders it can bid on, in every market. - **Reads the requirements.** For any tender a company opens: eligibility, turnover, past experience, certifications, bid security (EMD), documents and deadlines, each checked against the company's profile. - **Finds a bid partner for any gap.** When a company can't meet a requirement alone, askTender matches it with another company to bid together as a consortium or joint venture. - **Brings in licensed professionals in every country it covers.** askTender Partners, under each country's own titles (a Steuerberater or Notar in Germany, a 行政書士 in Japan, a Chartered Accountant in India, a solicitor in the UK…), do what only their licence allows: attested financial statements, notarised and apostilled documents, sworn translations, legal opinions, technical certificates. - **Files the bid with you.** On the Business plan the askTender Desk prepares the bid and submits it on the portal; the company approves and signs. ## How deep askTender goes in every country For each of 70 countries askTender holds the full bidding checklist, 1,840 steps in all: every registration, certificate, document and filing a bidder needs; who may lawfully do each one (askTender's Desk, a licensed professional under that country's own title, or the bidding company itself); what it costs, how long it takes, how long it stays valid; and the official source. On the Business plan the askTender Desk and licensed askTender Partners carry these steps out; the company signs only what the law reserves to it, such as its declarations and its own digital signature. Each country has a public "Every step to bid" guide (129 pages, in English and the country's languages) and an askTender Partners page. - How askTender bids for a company, end to end: https://asktender.org/bid-desk - **Australia**: 34 steps; with Registered tax agent, Australian legal practitioner, Notary public, Justice of the Peace.
