Account details — your name, work email, and company information you provide during onboarding (company name, registration and tax identifiers, sectors, financials).
Bid data — the tenders you pursue, documents you upload, and the status of bids we manage for you.
Credentials — where you authorise us to file on your behalf, portal logins are stored encrypted in a secure vault and used only to submit your authorised bids.
Usage data — basic analytics to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

To match you with relevant tenders, assess your fit, prepare and file bids you authorise, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to deliver the service — for example, the accountant or filing professional engaged for your bid, and infrastructure and payment providers under confidentiality obligations. We never share your data to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Security

Credentials are sealed with strong encryption and every access is logged. We follow the principle of least access and store only what we need.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can revoke filing authorisation at any time. Contact us and we will act on your request.
