Plymouth City Council (PCC) as the lead Contracting Authority is putting in place a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) in association with Independence Brokerage Services CIC (trading as Independence CIC (INCIC) for use by public sector bodies identified at: http://www.incic.org.uk/eligibility-criteria-ee-dps/ The DPS will be open for Contractor / Supplier (Providers) to apply to join from 18th February 2025. These authorities have a duty to promote and implement energy efficiency measures under various national and local schemes aimed at reducing carbon emissions and lowering energy costs for residents.
