Eligibility & key requirements

• Minimum annual turnover: ₹750,000,000
• Minimum experience: 10 years
• Minimum net worth: ₹250,000,000
• Category A: Must be a developer/operator/technology provider of Waste to Compost Plant with at least one compost project of 300 TPD or two projects of 150 TPD each, commissioned and in continuous operation for minimum 12 months prior to bid publishing date
• Category B: Must be a Solid Waste Management Company with legally binding agreement with Technology Provider and paid/received payments totaling at least Rs. 100 crores towards construction/development of a single project in Solid Waste Management sector within last 10 years
• Technology provider must have experience in successfully commissioned and operated either one compost project of ≥ 300 TPD or two compost projects of ≥ 150 TPD each
• Entity claiming experience must have held minimum 26% equity in the company owning the eligible project during development, construction and operations period
