Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms govern your use of askTender. They are a plain summary; the definitive terms for a managed engagement are set out in the service agreement you sign. This is not legal advice.

What askTender does

askTender is a tender-intelligence and bid-management service. We help you discover tenders, understand their requirements, prepare bids, and — for managed engagements — file them on your behalf under your authorisation. We are not a law firm or an accountancy practice; regulated certifications are provided by independent licensed professionals.

Your responsibilities

Plans and fees

Free discovery is available to all. Paid plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise) are billed as described at sign-up. Managed bids may carry a success fee — a flat, capped amount per contract-value band, charged only on bids we run and file for you, and only when you win. No win, no success fee.

No guarantee of outcome

We work to maximise your chance of winning, but we do not and cannot guarantee that any bid will be shortlisted, won, or accepted. Procurement decisions rest with the buyer.

Fair dealing

askTender competes only on the merits of a bid. We do not offer or facilitate improper payments or influence of any kind, in any market.

Liability

Our liability is limited as set out in your service agreement. We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide or from a buyer's decision.
