What it takes to qualify

- The bill of the contractor will be paid only after receiving the fund from BTC
- The tenderer shall have to be submitting financial solvency certificate and credential certificate or income Tax return of last three years from this financial year
- The approved firms/contractors shall have to complete the scheme within……90 days failing which Council authority reserves the right to cancel it
- The tenderer will have to quote rates at below or above or on percentage basis
- The quotationers have to mention clearly in their quotations whether rate offered for is inclusive GST or not
- GST shall be deducted & deposited in the proper Govt. Head of Account as per existing normal procedure
- The quotationer may be present themselves or their representative at the time of opening the quotation
- The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest rate of quotation and reserve the right to reject any or all the quotation at a time without assigning any reason thereof
- The Quotationers have to produce all documents in original at the time of opening of quotation when asked for by the authority
