What it takes to qualify
Worth a closer look
- The bidder qualifying under substation criterion shall demonstrate adequate technical capability for carrying out the Solar PV-specific portions of the work
- The evaluation of the technical capability and the eligibility of the bidder for pre-qualification shall be the sole discretion of the Employer
Experience
- At least 1 similar work — Design, installation and commissioning of minimum 1 MWp solar PV installation under single client during last 3 years
- At least 1 similar work — Operation and Maintenance of minimum aggregate 10MWp PV Solar Power Plants for minimum 2 years during last 5 years
- At least 1 similar work — SITC and/or Operation & Maintenance of substations of voltage level 11 kV or above for minimum 2 years during last 5 years
- Solar Plant design proficiency
- Operation and Maintenance of utility-scale Solar PV systems
- Experience with PV modules/strings, DC systems, inverters, SCADA/monitoring systems
- Proof needed: client references and completion certificates
Financial capacity
- Average annual turnover of ₹2 crore over the last 1 years
- Audited financial statements for 3 years
