What it takes to qualify
Worth a closer look
- The contractor shall provide everything for successful completion of the work like labour, material, equipment and other accessories required, as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
- The contractor shall be deemed to have inspected and examined the site to know the nature of soil & sub-soil water table.
Experience
- At least 1 similar work — Proof of having executed similar nature of work in Govt. department
- For Item No. 2,3 & 7: Experience certificate (1 work 80%, 2 work 60% or 3 works 40% of trenchless (HDD) method amounting equivalent to tender amount)
Certifications and registrations
Machine specificationsScanned copy of machine specifications with undertaking that it fulfills prescribed technical requirements
Vehicle registrationScanned copy of self ownership vehicle registration certificate (RC) and pollution certificate
Safety equipmentProper safety of sewer works by ensuring use of safety/protective equipments/devices/gears
GST registrationBidder shall submit proof of having submitted the latest GST returns
DJB registrationCopy of registration as contractor in eligible category with DJB
