The work

Transport of public, military and non-military personnel by city bus to and from events organized by Defense, including supervision, coordination, and contingency planning.

• Transport of public, military and non-military personnel with various types of articulated and non-articulated city buses during (mainly) Defense-organized events
• Setting up a shuttle service to and from the nearest NS station or other locations
• Supplying a Head Coordinator for making surveys and drawing up a traffic and transport plan (including advice on the number and types of wheelchair buses for wheelchair transport)
• Supplying traffic controllers and traffic means such as a command car or a safety coordinator, creating bus stops and layover points on the routes (see Program of Requirements)
• Drawing up and being able to execute a contingency plan per event to quickly clear the event site in case of an emergency
• Setting up a bus depot (central parking where buses are parked, cleaned, refueled or charged outside the service schedule and where technical maintenance can be performed) per event
• Providing on-request support in the form of transport with city buses in the event of disasters or by other government or external organizations when the government requests Defense to do so
