Ministry of Information Technology in Manipur, India is inviting bids for “Selection of Private Partner for Operation, Maintenance and Management of Innovation Hub, Manipur (IHM) on PPP Mode”. The work
Operation, maintenance and management of Innovation Hub, Manipur (IHM) on PPP mode for a period of five years
- Operate and maintain the IHM premises, laboratories, equipment, furniture, fixtures, electrical installations, network/internet facilities and common areas in safe, functional and serviceable condition
- Deploy adequate qualified manpower, including a Hub Manager, technical/laboratory personnel, programme coordinator, trainers, housekeeping personnel and security personnel
- Operate IHM as an innovation, incubation, training, mentoring and entrepreneurship facility
- Conduct technology training programmes, workshops, boot camps, hackathons, innovation challenges, seminars, webinars, mentoring sessions and outreach programmes
- Provide incubation, co-working, prototyping, product-development, mentorship, business-development and market-linkage support to innovators, entrepreneurs and start-ups
- Facilitate collaboration with academic institutions, industry, start-ups, incubators, investors, mentors, Government agencies and other ecosystem partners
- Develop and maintain a website/portal and dashboard for IHM activities, beneficiaries, programmes, revenues and performance indicators
- Prepare and implement annual activity plans, business plans, outreach plans and programme calendars, subject to approval of DIT

- Audited financial statements and certificate from Chartered AccountantThe applicant shall have an average annual turnover of at least ₹ 1crore during the last three completed financial years.
- Copies of PAN, GST registration and relevant registrationsThe applicant shall have valid PAN, GST registration and all other statutory registrations applicable to its legal status and business.
- Organisation chart, CVs/brief profiles of key personnel and manpower planThe applicant shall have access to qualified managerial, technical, training and incubation manpower for operation of IHM.
