Refund & Cancellation Policy

Short version: you can cancel at any time, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments are non-refundable. The only exceptions are a charge we made by mistake, and a per-job service we couldn’t deliver.
1. Cancelling a plan
- You can cancel Pro or Business at any time. Use Settings → Plan in the app, or write to support@asktender.org from the email on your account.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the monthly or yearly period you’ve already paid for. After that, paid features stop.
- Your company profile, saved tenders and documents stay in your account after cancelling. You can also ask us to delete them (see our Privacy Policy).
- To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
2. No refunds
Subscription payments, monthly or annual, are non-refundable. That includes partly used periods and periods in which you didn’t use askTender. We don’t give credits for unused time when you cancel or move to a smaller plan.
Moving to a bigger plan takes effect straight away.
3. When we do refund

Tell us within 30 days of the charge at support@asktender.org, with your invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take longer to show them.
4. Per-job services
- Bid filing, document drafting, certifications, registrations and translation are quoted before we start. They begin only once you approve.
- Once work on a job has started, its fee is non-refundable.
- Official fees paid to a government body or other authority on your behalf are refunded only if, and as far as, that authority refunds them.
- Tender fees, bid security and earnest money are paid by you to the buyer. Whether they come back is decided by the buyer, under the tender’s own rules.
5. Taxes on refunds
For payments from India, any refund includes the GST you paid on the refunded amount. We issue a credit note.
