The work
Maintenance of electrical installations including repair and replacement of defunct campus light fittings and other electrical accessories
- Work shall be carried out according to CPWD General Specifications
- Work shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge
- The firm will have to follow fair wage clause
- Sub-standard work will not be accepted
- All material shall be inspected by the Engineer-in-charge before installation

- The false/ forged documents/ information furnished/ uploaded by the contractors during E-Tender/ online bidding, the Contractor / Agency / Company / Firm/ Proprietorship shall be responsible for misleading the department and the concerned Executive Engineer shall have the right to reject the contractors bid/ tender. Further the Contractor / Agency /Company / Firms/ Proprietorship shall be liable to be debarred / blacklisting issued by the Chandigarh Administration vide notification dated 27.02.2009.
- While during execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/ fake certificates of experience, he will be blacklisted by the Chandigarh Administration and his name will be displayed online on CPWD Publication website
- The agency has to produce the original document as and when asked for by E.E. The failure of agency to furnish the said original document will entail summarily rejection of its tender.
