- Quotationer shall submit basic rate of materials which will be inclusive of Royalty and other Taxes, exclusive of G.S.T.
- Quotationer are requested to visit the work site and take the actual measurement from the site and quote the rates accordingly. No enhancement of rates will be allowed thereafter.
- Manufacurers/Producer or their authorized dealers/ Registered departmental contractor shall quote their rate for materials which is actually manufactured/ produced/ procured by them and the rate quoted for the materials shall be acceptable.
- Quotationer shall quote latest and authentic rate which shall reflect market rate.
