- The contractor shall abide by all NIT conditions, guidelines, Memorandums, which have been issued by Delhi Jal Board from time to time
- The L-1 shall have to submit the difference between the 25% less amount of justified rate and his quoted rate as additional Performance Guarantee to Delhi Jal Board
- The rates shall include all the taxes and nothing extra shall be paid
- Any dispute arising out of this tender/work/contract agreement shall be adjudicated by the Court of competent jurisdiction at Delhi Only
