provision of activities related to ensuring the passability of municipal roads in Karnobat municipality during the winter operational season of 2026-2027
- snow protection of roads by mowing grassy areas, cutting shrubs, removing materials and other objects in the road area that cause snow drifts
- snow removal (patrol and periodic) of roads to achieve the corresponding levels of winter maintenance, clearing snow banks, drifts and snow drifts and removal of compacted snow-ice layers
- securing roads against slipping: spreading of mineral materials and chemicals
