The work
Waste collection and transportation services and winter maintenance/snow removal services for the territory of Ichiman municipality
- Collection and transportation of household waste in provided containers
- Maintenance of cleanliness in public areas - mechanical and manual sweeping, mechanical and manual washing
- Cleaning of unregulated waste accumulations
- Mechanical snow cleaning of street pavements and squares
- Mechanical securing of street pavements and sidewalks through spreading of sand-salt mixtures
- Manual processing of sidewalks, stops and other public places through spreading of sand-salt mixtures
- Manual snow cleaning and scraping of compacted snow and ice

- Участниците трябва да притежават регистрационен документ за изпълнение на дейности по събиране и транспортиране на отпадъци, издаден съгласно чл. 35, ал.3 от ЗУО по реда на глава пета, раздел II от ЗУО.
- Използваните от участника транспортни средства следва да отговорят на екологичните изисквания към продуктите, които се използват за предоставяне на услугите на основание чл. 47а, ал. 1 от ЗОП.
- При условията на чл. 47, ал. 5 от ЗОП във връзка с чл.2 и Приложение към чл. 1 от Постановление № 356 от 29 декември 2023г. за определяне на възложителите, които са задължителни да възлагат обществени поръчки при спазване на изискванията на чл. 47, ал. 5 от ЗОП, както и дела на чистите превозни средства спрямо общия брой превозни средства, които са предмет на доставката или се използват за извършване на услугите по чл. 47, ал. 5 от ЗОП, при изпълнение на услугите предмет на поръчката следва да се използват чисти превозни средства с минимален дял 7 % към общия брой на превозните средства, които се използват за изпълнение на услугата по сметосъбиране и сметоизвозване (Приложение № 1 към Постановление № 356 от 29 декември 2023г.).
