  • При сключване на договора на основание чл. 112, ал. 1, т. 2, във връзка с чл. 112, ал. 9 от ЗОП, изпълнителят, вкл. чуждестранно лице, трябва да докаже, че има право да извършва възлаганите дейности на територията на Република България, респ., че е извършил съответна регистрация, ако това е необходимо за изпълнение на поръчката.
