Constitui objeto do presente Termo de Colaboração a execução, em regime de mútua cooperação, de ações e serviços complementares de saúde no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS, destinados ao fortalecimento da rede municipal de saúde de Caraúbas/RN, conforme descrito no Projeto Básico e detalhado no Plano de Trabalho aprovado, que integram este instrumento como anexos.
