Constitui objeto do presente Credenciamento a contratação de pessoa jurídica especializada na prestação de serviços de Medicina do Trabalho, mediante credenciamento de clínica regularmente habilitada, para a realização de perícias médicas destinadas à avaliação da capacidade laborativa de servidores públicos municipais, com a finalidade de subsidiar processos administrativos de concessão de aposentadoria por incapacidade permanente para o trabalho, nos termos da legislação previdenciária e estatutária aplicável.
