Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY Zeuthen in Germany made 105 public contract awards between 2019 and 2026 in the records askTender holds. 31 named companies won them; Transgourmet Deutschland GmbH & Co. OHG won the most (23). 56 awards were published on TED; the median contract size is about €220,000 (4 contracts with a value). The latest award on record is dated 10 Mar 2026.
Awards published on TED (the EU’s Tenders Electronic Daily) often carry a framework ceiling rather than the amount spent, so for them we show the number of awards and the median contract size, never a total; a framework published on several lots counts as one contract. Most of the other awards were published without a value, so counts are more reliable than totals. Each currency is shown on its own: amounts are never converted or added across currencies.
