Die Bewertung der jeweils 2 personenbezogenen Referenzen erfolgt zunächst anhand der Mindestkriterien unter. Werden diese nicht erfüllt erhält die Referenz Null Punkte. Die in der Wertung verbleibenden Referenzen werden entsprechend der Unterkriterien Klassifizierte Straße und Barrierefreiheit gewertet, wobei der Mittelwert aus den Unterkriterien sowie aus den 2 Referenzen in die finale Wertung einfließt. Abschließend wird die Punktezahl mit 60% gewichtet.
Das Angebot mit dem niedrigsten Preis wird mit der vollen Punktzahl (5 Punkte) bewertet. Alle weiteren Angebote erhalten eine um folgenden Faktor von 5 Punkten abgeminderte Punktzahl (Faktor = niedrigstes Angebot / jeweiliges Angebot). Abschließend wird die Punktzahl mit 40 % gewichtet.
