The Bidder shall display the name of MKVDC and also it's Logo on all boards, hoardings and advertisements on the premises of the said utility showing MKVDC as the Owners and the Bidder as running and managing the Utility.
The Bidder shall make available at least One Cottage to present or retired MKVDC officers for online/ offline booking for 24 x 365 days

Currently running and managing profitable Resort/Restaurant/Aquatic Tourism or business related to Tourism Industry
At least 3 years in business
