- The Successful Bidder shall be fully and exclusively responsible for and shall bear the financial, technical, commercial, legal and other risks in relation to the running, management and operations of the Resorts/Visitor Centre/Tourist Amenities and aquatic regardless of whatever risks, contingencies, circumstances and/or hazards may be encountered (foreseen or unforeseen) including any force majeure/act of God event.
Experience
- At least 1 similar work — Successfully running not below 3 Star Category hotel/Site in last 5 years or running/operating/managed reputed chains of hotels/Sites/restaurants
- Running a Site/Hotel/Restaurant or tourism related activity in the State of Maharashtra
- Currently running and managing profitable Resort/Restaurant/Aquatic Tourism or business related to Tourism Industry
- At least 3 years in business
Financial capacity
- Average annual turnover of ₹74.25 lakh over the last 3 years
- Solvency of ₹1.86 lakh
- Audited financial statements for 3 years
- Income tax returns for 3 years
