The contractor must have sufficient experience of execution of similar type of works in Govt. department/Public Enterprises
The rates quoted will be valid for 120 days from the date of opening of tender/bid
The QC samples for respective work shall be transported by contractor to Quality Control Lab, Ajmer & Udaipur for testing, at his own cost at time to time
Temporary lines & huts are to be deputed by contractor at work site at his own cost
The contractor may be asked to complete any part of work on priority and contractor will complete the said part as per requirement of department without any compensation

Experience

At least 1 similar work — The contractor must have sufficient experience of execution of similar type of works in Govt. department/Public Enterprises
Registered contractors of Class A/ AA in other departments other than AVVNL shall have to upload their documents of eligibility along with work performance/experience of execution of similar type of works in government department/ public enterprise duly verified by competent officer ( not below the Executive Engineer) duly dispatched by concern office
