What it takes to qualify
Worth a closer look
- The bidder will be responsible for safe arrival of materials to the destination points as mentioned above. However, the unloading and stacking of materials will be the responsibility of the consignee.
- The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his bid and the Employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.
- The unit rates shall be quoted by the Bidder entirely in Indian Rupees only.
- It is the bidder's responsibility to comply with the system requirement i.e. hardware, software and internet connectivity at bidder's premises to access the e-tender website.
- The MIDHANI reserves the right to postpone the date of receipt and opening of tenders or to cancel the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
