Supplier shall ensure that the Invoice is raised in the name of Consignee with GSTIN of Consignee only
While generating invoice in GeM portal, the seller must upload scanned copy of GST invoice and the screenshot of GST portal confirming payment of GST
Availability of Service Centres: Bidder/OEM must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location
