The rate quoted by the tendered shall not be changed/revised under any circumstances during the contract period
The successful Bidder shall submit the details of bank account number, bank name, and branch and IFSC code of the firm for making online/offline bill payments after award of contract/acceptance of contract
The duly constituted Tender/Rate/Bid evaluation committee shall evaluate the bids in the presence of Bidders, if any
The PBG shall be make in favour of Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Madhupur and submitted within 15 days from the date of issue of work order and be valid for 12 months
The vehicle is hired for any works assigned by GP Madhupur which includes of transportation of materials, workforce and other works
