What it takes to qualify

- The fit-out period and the liability to pay the monthly fit-out fee shall commence from the Site Handover Date
- A minimum license fee of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) per month shall be charged during the initial six-month fit-out period
- On expiry of six months from the Site Handover Date, the licensee shall be liable to pay the applicable full license fee as per the Agreement
