- Clause 1(f): 'Experience in execution of following forestry works in Forest area (Please attach certificate issued by the Officer not below the rank of Range Officer).'
- Clause 17: 'Work in the field will be sincerely evaluated, action may be taken if its not appropriately done.'
- Clause 18: 'The quantity or amount of work may be increased or decreased by 25% as per applicable Rules depending upon the requirement of the Department during the year.'
- Clause 22: 'Before filling of the tender, the contractor shall visit the site and satisfy himself as to the conditions prevalent there especially regarding accessibility to the site, nature and extent of the ground, working conditions, stacking of materials, installation of tools and plants etc accommodation and movement of labour, supply of water and other requirements for satisfactory completion of the works.'
- Clause 23: 'The contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961, Minimum Wages Act 1948, Indian Contract Act 1872, Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition Act 1970), Payment of Wages Act 1936, Employer's Liability Act 1938, Maternity Benefits Act 1961, the Industrial Disputes Act 1947, Disaster Management Act 2005 as applicable and the rules and regulations issued there under from time to time.'
- Clause 34: 'Only the person hired by the contractor will be allowed to enter inside the forest areas to carry out the allotted works and He/she shall not stay in any of the forest areas or forest controlled areas in any circumstance during night time.'
- Clause 35: 'No work to be executed by the contractor(s) without signing mutual contract with the Forest Department as per Indian Contract Act 1872.'
Experience
- At least 1 similar work — Similar completed work costing not less than the amount 80% of the tendered amount OR two works each costing not less than 50% OR three works each costing not less than 40%
- Experience in execution of Forestry works in Forest area including Soil & moisture conservation works like construction/repair and maintenance of check dams or spurs or revetment or grade stabilizers or desiltation or removal of alluvium or sludge etc.
- Experience in Forest Nurseries or plantation in forest areas or silvicultural operation in Forest area or Maintenance of saplings in Forest Nurseries or patch sowing/ seed balls/ plantation of Grass slips in Forest area
- Proof needed: completion certificates
