- The value of executed work shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at simple rate of 7% per annum; calculated from the date of completion to last date of receipt of application for tender.
- a. Should not have incurred any loss in more than two years during the last five years ending 31st March 2026 (i.e. up to 31st March of previous financial year).
- The Tenderer should have a solvency of Rs. 9,75,509.00 The Solvency certificate shall be from a Nationalized or Scheduled bank and issued within a period of 12 months from the final date of submission of tender or or may submit latest Networth certificate of minimum 10% of the estimated cost put to tender issued by certified Chartered Accountant with UDIN.
- Experience of similar works shall only be considered of the Main firm with valid documents.
- 1% labour cess on the total Gross amount of each bill (excluding GST amount) will also be deducted from each bills.
