What it takes to qualify
Worth a closer look
- The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 5 (Five) months for Sl.1 & 2 and 3 (Three) months for Sl. No.3 to 5 (including monsoon period) from the date of start as defined in schedule 'F' or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the tender documents.

- At least 1 similar work — Execution of 'Building works' with value criteria: three works each of 40% of estimate cost or two works each of 60% of estimate cost or one work of 80% of estimate cost in the last seven years.
