What it takes to qualify

Worth a closer look

  • Bidders shall quote only those products which are not obsolete in the market and has at least 1 years residual market life
  • All GeM Sellers/Service Providers shall ensure full compliance with all applicable labour codes
  • In case of multiple L1 bidders against a service bid, the buyer shall place the Contract by selection of a bidder amongst the L-1 bidders through a Random Algorithm executed by GeM system

  • At least 1 similar work — Manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for 2 Financial years before bid opening date
