- The bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid {themselves or through reseller(s)} should have regularly, manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for number of Financial years as indicated above in the bid document before the bid opening date.
- The bidder must submit authorization from the OEM for the offered products and an authorization certificate for participating in the tender, which must be enclosed with the bid documents.
- OEMs must have their manufacturing plants in India (they must attach a valid document).
- The OEM of the offered products must submit a declaration on letterhead stating that the OEM company has not been blacklisted or debarred by any government, semi-government, or PSU department for any reason as of the date.
