- The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for the required financial years
- Purchase preference will be given to MSEs having valid Udyam Certificate and whose credentials are validated online through Udyam Registration portal
- The bidder must be the manufacturer/OEM of the offered product on GeM to avail MSE purchase preference

- At least 1 similar work — Supply of same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU
- At least 1 years in business
- Proof needed: completion certificates
