What it takes to qualify
Worth a closer look
- The bidder may be called for a physical demonstration during the technical evaluation, failing of which may lead to disqualify in participation.
- Rates of the consumables will be freezed for 2 years.
- The Technical Specifications of the item will be acceptable strictly as per the specifications uploaded under 'Buyer Added Bid Specific ATC'
- The bidder has to submit a declaration that the bidder has not quoted the price higher than previously supplied to any government institution/organisation/reputed private organisation or DGS&D rate in the recent past.
- Common IP Addresses. Bidders may please note that GeM is capturing and showing the IP Addresses used by the buyer and the Bidder(s)/Seller(s). The received bids having a matching/common IP Address with either Bidder(s)/Seller(s) or Buyer, shall be outrightly rejected & shall not be considered for further evaluation.
- The bidders are required to submit delivery certificates/Installation Certificates/CRAC along with work experience documents.

- At least 1 similar work — Supply of same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU
- Supply of same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity in at least one of the last three Financial years
- Proof needed: completion certificates
