- Must have management and inspection technical personnel with 7+ years experience and proper qualifications
- Technicians must wear identification cards and armbands during field work
- Must use approved equipment within 1 year of inspection/repair
- Must obtain resident consent before entering private property for investigations
- Must submit investigation reports in specified formats with photos
