- Clause ③: This work is subject to the obligation of separate demolition and recycling of construction materials under the Law on Recycling of Construction Materials
- Clause ④: Must continue to apply for renewal of competitive bidding qualification through the joint service system before expiration
- Clause ⑦: Must not be a construction contractor who has not fulfilled the obligation to report under the Health Insurance Act, Employees' Pension Insurance Act, or Employment Insurance Act
