O presente Credenciamento Eletrônico tem por objeto o credenciamento de leiloeiros oficiais para a realização de leilões nas modalidades eletrônica (on-line), presencial, ou presencial e eletrônica simultaneamente, mediante demanda, destinados ao desfazimento de bens móveis inservíveis e de bens imóveis de propriedade do Município de Ferros/MG, com percentual de 5% (cinco por cento) sobre os valores arrematados, conforme especificado no Termo de Referência (Anexo I deste Edital).
