- The framework agreement shall be used for assignments connected to consulting and engineering design of urban areas and green areas. The contract has an average value of NOK 4,500,000 excluding VAT per annum during the contract period. This gives a combined contract value for the entire possible contract period (including options) of NOK 18,000,000 (excluding VAT). Emphasis is put on the fact that the contracting authority is not bound to the estimated volume. The contracting authority reserves the right to take out individual assignments for special competition outside of this framework agreement. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 27,000,000,-.
