Design, build and commission a new interlocking on a roughly 7.7 km electrified public railway section between Wesseling Süd and Bornheim-Hersel, including 28 switch units, 10 level-crossing protection systems, Ks signals in LED technology, track vacancy detection, power supply, cable supply and laying, PZB train protection, adaptation of neighbouring interlockings and integration into the existing VICOS control system, plus a new interlocking building, testing and acceptance. Completion and commissioning are required in August 2028. The contract is awarded to the lowest price.
