A contratação justifica-se pela necessidade de assegurar a continuidade, regularidade, segurança e eficiência do processamento e pagamento da folha de pagamento do Município de Castelo/ES, garantindo a disponibilização tempestiva dos valores aos servidores e demais beneficiários abrangidos pela folha municipal, especialmente diante do encerramento da contratação atualmente vigente em janeiro de 2027.A contratação será realizada sem ônus financeiro para o Município, não havendo pagamento de valores pela Administração à instituição financeira pela prestação dos serviços, sendo prevista contrapartida financeira (outorga onerosa) a ser paga pela instituição financeira vencedora ao Município, conforme condições estabelecidas no edital e no instrumento contratual.
