- During the execution of the contract if the GST status of the bidder changes, then the payment of GST, if any, to the contractor will be made as per the GST status declared by the bidder during tender stage based on which cost to company has been ascertained or at actuals, whichever is lower.
- If the estimated value of Procurement is less than Rs. 10 crores, all the Bidders at the time of bidding shall submit self-certification indicating the percentage of local content in the offered items.
- For a value in excess of Rs. 10 crores, the 'Class-I local supplier'/ 'Class-II local supplier' shall be required to provide a certificate with UDIN from the statutory auditor or cost auditor of the company (in the case of companies) or from a practicing cost accountant or practicing chartered accountant (in respect of suppliers other than companies) giving the percentage of local content.
