Delivery is in separate batches within 7 working days of each request, by 30 November 2026, to Shevchenka Boulevard 307, Cherkasy. Payment is within 20 working days after delivery.

Who can win it

• The bidder, its ultimate owner or shareholders must not be under sanctions banning public procurement
• The bidder must not be a citizen or legal entity of Russia, Belarus or Iran, and no owner with 10% or more may be from those countries
• The goods must not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran
