ESPO, part of Leicestershire County Council, is setting up a catalogue framework for the supply of personal safety and security equipment, bespoke identification cards and lanyards, and safes and security cabinets. Products are for resale through the ESPO catalogue and are delivered to ESPO's distribution centre in Leicester and to individual customer establishments. The framework runs from 1 March 2027 to 31 March 2029, with an option to extend to 28 February 2031, and is divided into three lots.
