The toilets must be brown, have a shake shingle style roof, board & batten, barnwood or lap walls with rock bottom siding, a plastic riser, no urinal, a 6-roll toilet paper dispenser, a solar vent fan and a chain door strap. The Forest Service prepares the sites; the contractor delivers and places the toilets. It is a one-time firm-fixed-price purchase.
