NASA's Johnson Space Center is buying end-to-end services from a commercially owned and operated low Earth orbit destination to succeed the International Space Station. The contractor designs, builds, certifies and operates the destination, including transportation vehicles and cargo and crew missions. It is a multi-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with firm-fixed-price task orders, performed mainly at contractor facilities.
