Establish a secure, resilient, and elastic hybrid cloud and tactical edge capability spanning unclassified IL5 and classified IL6 enclaves
- maintain complete localized operational utility during prolonged degraded, intermittent, or limited (DDIL) network connectivity
- enable forward operators to execute database transactions and ingest sensor feeds locally
- automated, conflict-free database synchronization once network paths are restored
- high-availability clustering and automated failover across at least two geographically separated data centers
- strict physical and logical boundary controls in compliance with Secret-level hosting guidelines
- secure cross-domain metadata enclaves to synchronize unclassified movements with classified Secret theater command portals
