The US Navy requires repair, upgrade, testing and inspection of satellite terminals to return them to a Ready for Issue condition. Work follows drawing 1252-A-3420-07 from EMS Technologies Canada Ltd and must be done at the contractor's facility. The contractor supplies all parts, materials, tooling and test equipment. Repair turnaround is 39 days after receipt of each asset, and assets may be inducted for 365 days after contract award.
