- The contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify and prevent defective services from recurring.

- The COR will receive and investigate complaints.
- The CO, COR, other government personnel as appropriate, and the contractor, also known as the Multi-Functional Team (MFT), shall periodically meet to discuss the contractor's performance.
