The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking information from vendors able to maintain, sustain, develop and implement the Terminal Flight Data Manager, a tower air traffic control system deployed to 89 sites by the end of 2028, with a possible additional site in Anchorage. Work covers 24/7 second level engineering, software maintenance, tech refresh, adaptation management and migration of services to the cloud. A follow-on contract is planned with a five-year base period plus options.
